Case Management
A licensed social work will provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
Nursing
Through comprehensive care planning, Soley Leve allows individuals to maximize their independence by providing nursing services that monitor medical needs and chronic illnesses.
Nutrition
Clients are served three meals a day monitored by a dietician for nutritional support.
Transportation
Clients are provided with transportation to and from the center from their homes. They are assisted as they board the vehicle, with care, and their safety is ensured through our trained staff.
Activities
Activities are centered to increase the social interactions among the clients. Activities include exercising, life skill classes, ESL Classes, arts and crafts, music, dancing, singing, excursions, and therapeutic related games.
